Meet the Team

Franca Dinolfo — Co-Owner, Founder & Director

Franca Dinolfo has been the co-owner, founder, and director of Garderie Le Nid de Namur since 2010, dedicating the last 20 years to early childhood education. She holds a Master of Education from Concordia University and brings strong expertise in inclusion, curriculum design, and program quality.

Franca is passionate about the field and cares deeply about families, community partnerships, and creating high-quality learning environments. She has also been a college instructor at Vanier College for over 20 years, helping to shape the next generation of educators in the Early Childhood Education DEC program.

Committed to lifelong learning, regularly pursues professional development, and has attended multiple international conferences on autism, pedagogy, and play. She supports her team through mentorship, workshops, and ongoing professional growth.

Dora Stea — Co-Owner, Founder & Administrative assistant Director

Dora Stea is our Administrative assistant director . Dora holds a College Diploma (DEC) in Accounting and Business Management.

She works directly under the authority of the Director and is actively involved in general coordination, administration, and the management of financial, material, and human resources.

With 25 years of experience, she is capable of overseeing all financial and administrative aspects of the daycare.
